The hotel had exceptionally nice location really close to shops and restaurants, the fort and surrounding streets and excellent bakers, shops, castle.

Everything was great, so where splendid views of both the castle from the bedroom and the Pyrenees. The hotel had a central position close to the main boulevard through the town, excellant bakers, shops, castle, and the Ariege. There was Le Passe Temps nearby, offering quick meals.

We had a wonderful stay in a charming town. The room was reasonably large and had a couch, along with coffee and tea. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the railway station.

The whole experience was fantastic! Really enjoyed the place, it was stunningly beautiful and charming and worked for me. The staff were absolutely fantastic and great, doing great job.

We really got great value for our money at L'Arche Des Chapeliers. The room was fantastic with a beautiful view of the castle and the Pyrenees from the mezzanine. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet and attractive area of the old town, with excellent restaurants, shops, and the castle just a few seconds away. The lady who runs the hotel, Sonia, was incredibly friendly and helpful, lending us a French plug adapter and even providing a 6am breakfast for our early morning departure.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large shower ensuite. The unexpected extra living room was a great bonus. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the medieval village and close to the Foix chateau. Being able to walk to the train station in just 10 minutes was very convenient.

It was a bit confusing to find the front door as it was dark and deserted with no instructions. The intercom looked like it belonged to someone else's flat.

our second stay in foix was even better than the first. l'arche des chapeliers bed & breakfast is a hidden gem. the rooms are beautifully decorated, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast spread is delicious. sonia, the host, is warm and welcoming, making our birthday celebration extra special. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
